Mix meat, tofu, glass noodles, and veggies thoroughly. Add sesame oil and seasonings. Chill the mix slightly β this makes wrapping easier. - Wrap the Mandu
Place ~1 tbsp of filling in the center
of the wrapper. Dip your finger in
water and wet the edges. Fold in
half and press to seal β you can
pleat or just press flat. Neat sealing
= juicy result. - Pan-Fry to Perfection
Heat 2 tbsp of oil over medium heat.
Place mandu flat side down.

cover to steam.
